Short term plan
My short term plan is to establish a good reputation for my current store and have an E-Business up and running to gain more recognition. Wedding Planner & Co’s aim and objectives is to essentially be performing well and making sufficient profits for further development.
Five year target
Wedding Planner & Co’s five year aim and objective is to have a least five stores operating within the UK and be one of the leader competitors in the wedding industry. The company also aims to maximize its financial growth.
